Father’s Day Gift Guide 2015
He’s your partner – the guy you can’t wait to walk in the door so you can use the bathroom in peace, the guy who brings you Shake Shack milkshakes when you have strep throat, the guy who makes your kids giggle like nobody else can by wearing your shower cap on his head…. the same guy you get infuriated at for spending too much time in the bathroom with his iPad. No matter what you love him and while we LOVE homemade gifts and printables, we know sometimes you want to make him feel extra special. Here is our guide for gifts to make your hubby think you think he’s cool 😉
Jord Wood Watches / Foot Cardigan socks / Man Crates / Tie Bar 3-pack / Beer of the Month / Daddy & Me Pinhole Boardbook / Cologne / Betabrand shirt / Vionic flip flops / Schwood sunglasses /Vivobarefoot sneakers / Paul Smith Button Cufflinks / Stauer Watch / Lily Camera
Jord Wood Watches (starting at $120): Wood is so hot right now and so are these watches. We know Reese’s dad could use a watch because he’s always running late. Now at least he can be late and look cool!
Foot Cardigan ($9/month): Who wears black socks every day anymore? Patterned socks are fun and our guys are loving them. You can score a subscription for your men (or children too) for just $9/month and receive a fun new pair each month. This could be a fun gift for one of your little ones to give to their daddy too!
Man Crates (starting at $49): Jerky, Meat & Zombie preparedness, what dad could want anything else!? Man crates has all kinds of gifts for all manly men… packed fittingly in a wooden crate. There is sure to be an appropriate crate for most men on your list (and not just for Father’s Day!) Great price points too!
The Tie Bar 3-pack ($49): The men in our lives have a special place in their heart for this shop! The items at TheTieBar.com website are all fun, trendy, good looking and an awesome value in and of themselves. This Father’s Day we are really loving the Nordstrom exclusive Style Box from The Tie Bar for $49. It includes 2 ties and a pocket square that matches with each tie. LOVE!
Beer of the Month ($40/month): Ahhh, the gift that keeps on giving. If your dad or husband is into the craft beer movement, but you’re not into his movement to the bar…this gift delivers it right to the door! Here’s another option that’s supposed to be good and even a couple dollars less expensive.
Daddy and Me Pinhole Boardbook ($29): I mean seriously, does it get any cuter? Any dad would love to have something like this board book of pictures curated be you and the little ones. Not only will he love being able to see his family’s smiling faces, but you will have fun picking out the pictures and reminiscing with your kids.
Betabrand clothing (prices vary): You know we are all about finding and introducing our readers to new brands. This brand was recommended to us from Reese’s hipster Uncle Joseph. Any dad who’s into the trendy scene, will really dig this brand. We love the shirts (most are 30% off).
Schwood Wooden Sunglasses ($149): Who wouldn’t be excited to open a pair of handcrafted wooden sunglasses? Not only are these glasses handcrafted, the styles are beyond cool.
Paul Smith Button Cufflinks ($150): We are loving fun cufflinks to shake things up a bit. The Paul Smith ones (some other great styles, too) are unique yet classic. We think these bright buttons would be great for our men’s summer wardrobes.
A new cologne (prices vary): We really couldn’t decide which one to pick, so we just went with our hubs ole faithful! FrangranceNet.com has SO many great scents and the site is currently 25% off sitewide. There’s also free shipping with no minimum… a slam dunk!
Vivobarefoot sneakers (start at $110): One of our fave new brands of sneaks. Feel like you’re running on air, yet they have nice thick soles to support your feet.
Vionic flip flops ($100): Flip-flops take on a refined look when crafted in leather… perfect for the beach or a BBQ and this brand has superior foot support (so needed when carrying around the little ones all day!) These are made for comfort… can we get a pair for ourselves too? 🙂
Stauer Watch (starting at $29): These watches have serious style without the serious price tag. Our favorite is the leather strapped watches like the one pictured.
Lily Camera ($500): Hubs must have had to be really good this year to get this present! However, it’s pretty much the coolest thing out there for a dad who loves adventure. This camera will follow you where ever you go and tape what you’re doing from a birds eye! Check out the youtube video here. It will be released in early 2016 and will retail for $1,000 – so $500 is actually a good deal!
If your dad is a gamer, you could even buy him a LoL smurfs account, a perfect gift for any game-lover!
What’s on your list for Father’s Day this year?
With love,
LL
